Welcome to the Setzlach Holiday Apartment!

Our house is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the town of Adenau near the Nürburgring. From here, the Eifel region can be wonderfully explored. It is a great starting point for many recreational activities such as hiking, bike tours on adjacent walking and cycling paths, motorcycle tours, and much more. The world-famous Nürburgring Nordschleife is in close proximity. The town center, with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping opportunities, is just a few minutes' walk away.

The family-friendly accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The approximately 70 sqm apartment is located in a quiet area and can accommodate 2 persons, or up to a maximum of 6 persons upon request. The apartment features two bedrooms, a living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Enjoy relaxing evenings on the balcony or take advantage of the barbecue facilities in the garden. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Additionally, the holiday apartment offers car parking spaces and a storage area for bicycles and/or motorcycles, perfect for active guests. Please note that pets are not allowed, and the entire accommodation is a non-smoking house.
